Indirect Lending Business Development Officer

*Conduct on-site visits and routine telephone contact within the dealer network.
*Monitor reports for improvements and increased efficiencies.
*Maintain the website for dealer notifications, promotions and incentives.
Requirements:
*Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in business development.
*Five years of consumer lending experience with at least three of those years in indirect lending.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Familiar with consumer credit documentation and all Federal & State regulations.
*Ability to travel to sites of dealer network.
Loan Analyst

Requirements:
*High School diploma or equivalnt with at three years current/recent experience in mortgage loan processing.
*Knowledge of conventional, government, NHHFA, RCDS lending requirements.
*Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to include strong analytical ability.
*Computer experience required, Microsoft Office and related mortgage lending software experience.
Residential Loan Originator

St. Mary's Bank is looking to fill an originator position in the Greater Concord, NH area to support the following objectives:
*Produce quality mortgage loans within monthly/annual production goals.
*Develop and maintain successful strategy with sales partners, i.e., realtors, builders, retail partners, etc.
*Provide "best in market" service and quality information to members on pre-approval, purchase and refinancing transactions.
*Effective offering of credit union product and services
*Adhere to federal, state and Credit Union regulations governing residential mortgage lending.
Requirements:
*Minimum of Associates degree in business with three or more years experience in mortgage origination.
*Thorough knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, NHHFA programs; portfolio lending experience a plus.
*Proven experience working in a highly collaborative environment with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
*Proficient with web based mortgage origination system and Microsoft Office suite.
Junior Mortgage Underwriter

St. Mary's Bank is looking to fill a full-time junior loan underwriter for the mortgage department. This position is responsible for performing multiple underwriting functions to ensure efficient turn-around time.
Requirements:
*Minimum of high school diploma and two years experience in mortgage underwriting utilizing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, private mortgage insurance.
*Must be able to work independently and as a team, under pressure and be detail oriented.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, as well as strong analytical ability with emphasis on detail.
*Computer experience required, Microsoft Office, DeskTop Underwriter and related experience in mortgage lending software.
Commercial Loan Officer

* Knowledge of deposit and loan products desired
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Computer proficiency required

* Willing to work as a team player, take on varied assignments and work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
*Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. (i.e. bags of coin) and remain standing for extended periods of time.
