Training & Development Officer Manchester, NH
This full-time exempt position is responsible for planning, developing, organizing and executing training strategies and programs for SMB. This position is also directly responsible for developing, conducting and coordinating identified training as well as consulting with business area managers, project teams, subject matter experts and employees to determine the best approach to deliver effective training. Responsibilities also include being the application owner for SMB's online learning management system.
Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in education, instructional design or related field. Master’s degree and/or CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning & Performance) certification preferred. Ten or more years of experience in training to include developing and executing organizational training strategies - financial institution experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success with Internet-based learning systems, application of adult learning principles, and project management skills are a must. Experience managing a training budget as well as working with vendors to include contract negotiations. Able to attend advanced training at locations within the U.S. for professional development and to gain necessary training certifications.
Senior Network Administrator Manchester, NH Currently we are looking to fill a Senior Network Administrator position that will provide second level network and IP telephony troubleshooting support. It will require one to monitor network performance and ensure the security of the network and technical infrastructure is met.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of five years experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity phone systems, Cisco switches and routers, Exchange 2003/2007, Windows 2000/2003 server and Windows XP desktop system software. Two years experience with Vmware virtual server technology. A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and able to identify and solve problems with a strong attention to detail.
Teller Manchester, NH Currently we have a part-time opportunity available in our DW Office in Manchester. This position will consistently demonstrate excellent service to our members by accurately and confidentially process member transactions, and by effectively making referrals that will assist us in building long-lasting relationships with our members.
Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalency) is required, one year successful track record in high volume customer service environment, preferably in cash handling position. Knowledge of deposit and loan products is desired. Well organized and ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining a pleasant and friendly manner. Good analytical / problem solving skills and mathematical skills, previous 10 key and computer proficiency desired. Willing to work as a team player and take on varied assignments. Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs (i.e., bags of coin) and remain standing for extended periods of time.
