Don St. Germain

With over 25 years of management and commercial lending experience, Don heads the Commercial Lending, Residential Lending, and Collection departments. Don's focus is on Commercial and Residential loan production, regulatory matters, and loan policy. He has held senior management positions at several New Hampshire financial institutions. Don currently serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Manchester YMCA, Manchester Rotary, and on the Finance Committee for Girl's Incorporated. He volunteers for the New Hampshire Business and Industry Association (BIA), Granite United Way, and serves on the Manchester Chamber of Commerce Downtown Committee. Don has a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University and undergraduate Business degree from the University of New Hampshire.

With over 30 years of commercial lending experience, Ed Dumm is responsible for originating commercial loans, generating deposits and managing an extensive commercial loan portfolio for the Credit Union. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Manchester.

Adam Johnston
Commercial Lending Officer/Portfolio Manager

Adam is an experienced commercial lender with a strong background in financial analysis, loan structuring, and new business development.  He is skilled at analyzing and structuring complex loans, risk analysis with multiple variables, and budget analysis and modeling.  He has held prior positions as a commercial credit analyst and loan officer.  Adam has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
