1. How secure are your Online Banking and Bill Pay Services?
Online Banking and Bill Pay are very secure ways for you to view and manage your accounts with St. Mary's Bank. Your account information can only be accessed upon verification of your User ID and PIN and any information shared between you and us is encrypted (scrambled) when it is sent across the Internet. We have taken great care in creating a safe environment that uses state-of-the-art security features to protect your data.
2. What are the web browser requirements for Online Banking?
3. What is 128-bit encryption, and why do I need it?
Encryption is the process of scrambling information so that only the sender and the recipient can read the information. We use 128-bit encryption, which is the strongest level of encryption currently available for public use in the United States, to protect any information sent between you and us while you are logged in to our Online Banking Services.
4. How do I change my Online Banking PIN?
To change your Online Banking PIN you will first need to log in to Online Banking. Once logged in, click on the "Preferences" option at the top of the page. This will bring you to the Personal Preferences page. Simply input your current PIN (the one you just used to log in to Online Banking) in the first box, select a new PIN and input the new PIN in both the second and third boxes and click on the "SUBMIT" button.
