Report a lost or stolen ATM card or Visa® Debit Card
During normal business hours, please call our Member Contact Center at 1-888-786-2791 or 647-1111.
After normal business hours, please contact the Visa Hot Card Center at 1-800-754-4128 and have your Visa® Debit Card Number at hand.
