Barbara Cunningham leads St. Mary’s Bank’s residential mortgage lending team. She has over 23 years of mortgage lending experience. Barbara holds a Certified Mortgage Professional (CMP) designation from the Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association of New Hampshire. To achieve CMP designation, Barbara has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to the lending community at work, in the classroom, and through participation in related professional organizations.

In addition to being a CMP, Barbara is a licensed New Hampshire real estate broker. She serves as a director on the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors© and is a member of both the New Hampshire Association of Realtors© and the National Association of Realtors©.

A passion for helping others
Barbara’s passion for helping others achieve home ownership is not restricted to her work at St. Mary’s Bank. She also serves on the credit committee of NeighborWorks Greater Manchester, a non-profit organization that develops affordable housing in area towns. In 2004, she earned “The Good Neighbor Award” from the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors© in recognition of her contributions to the community.
