Ken Senus Joins St. Mary’s Bank as Chief Operating Officer

St. Mary’s Bank, the nation’s first credit union, welcomes Ken Senus as Chief Operating Officer.
 
“Ken is a dynamic individual who will help shape our future and continue our technological and operational advances, and I am thrilled to welcome him,” states Ron Covey, President and CEO of St. Mary’s Bank. “As St. Mary’s Bank is poised for continued growth, I look forward to the role his leadership and expertise will play.”

Senus will oversee all business operations, including the Member Contact Center, Information Technology, Loan Operations and Servicing, Deposit Operations, and Finance/Accounting. He will also help guide operational strategy and manage resources as St. Mary’s Bank looks to increase its membership and geographic presence.
 
“My goal is to streamline processes that will increase efficiency while improving the St. Mary’s Bank member experience,” explains Senus. “I’m excited to join the St. Mary’s Bank team, and I’m equally excited to get to know New Hampshire!”
 
Senus brings over 25 years of banking experience and most recently worked as Chief Information Officer at Navigant Credit Union in Rhode Island. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Utica College.
