Bhutto boasts more than 30 years in the financial services industry and celebrates her 20th anniversary with St. Mary’s Bank in August. As credit and debit card use continue to rise, so does the risk of fraud. In this environment of increased risk, Bhutto leads her team to identify the latest scams and stay on top of merchant security breaches to keep St. Mary’s Bank members safe.

While vigilantly monitoring risk to members, Shirley also manages St. Mary’s Bank’s regulatory compliance.

“Financial institutions face increasingly complex regulatory requirements,” explains Ron Covey, President/CEO of St. Mary’s Bank. “Shirley helps us navigate those requirements so that we can continue to grow and deliver best-in-market service and value to our members while ensuring member information security always remains a top priority.”

Bhutto also shares her expertise with members and the public through St. Mary’s Bank’s financial education series. Her next session, Protecting Yourself from Identity Theft and Scams, meets Saturday, September 16, from 10:00–11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Bank’s Education Center at 48 Perimeter Road in Manchester.
