St. Mary’s Bank Welcomes Michael Beck as Vice President, Wealth Management

St. Mary’s Bank, the nation’s first credit union, welcomes Michael Beck as Vice President, Wealth Management to the St. Mary’s Financial Services program* located at the credit union.
 
“Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, from bankruptcy litigation to estate planning and financial education,” explains Leo Simard, Senior Vice President, Director of Retail Sales and Member Experience at St. Mary’s Bank. “We believe he will be an invaluable resource to help our members achieve financial wellbeing.”

Beck, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, will guide the credit union’s members toward their financial goals through estate, investment, education, and retirement planning. He mentors other financial planners through CUNA Brokerage Services, Inc. (CBSI) and previously served on CBSI’s Senior Advisor Leadership Team.
 
“I am eager to deepen the relationship with St. Mary’s Bank’s members as we help them plan for the future, whether they are starting their careers and families, paying for college, or saving for retirement,” adds Beck.
 
Before joining St. Mary’s Bank, Beck served as Vice President, Wealth Management at RTN Financial & Retirement Group in Waltham, Massachusetts. Prior to that, he launched Granite State Credit Union’s financial planning program. Beck holds a Bachelor of Art in Political Science from the University of California Davis and a Doctor of Law from the University of San Diego.
