Howard King Joins St. Mary’s Bank as Residential Loan Originator

MANCHESTER, NH (November 7, 2019) — St. Mary’s Bank, the nation’s first credit union, is pleased to welcome Howard King as residential loan originator. King will be joining the credit union’s Manchester and Nashua Mortgage Centers.
 
“Howard is an experienced professional whose attentiveness and product knowledge help build a relationship between borrower and lender that lasts well beyond the first closing,” said Karen Mayrand, St. Mary’s Bank Senior Vice President and Director of Residential Lending. “His priority is to deliver exceptional service to his borrower by providing clear communication and ensuring that his borrowers are educated on the best financing options for their circumstance.”
 
King has over 20 years of residential lending experience in Southern New Hampshire and the Greater Boston area. He most recently worked as a Residential Loan Originator in Bedford. King has been active in the community by leading first time homebuyer seminars and attending local chamber of commerce events.
