In this role, Garces will originate first mortgage, residential loans and other products and services to meet applicants’ goals and objectives.

Garces brings nearly 10 years of real estate, sales, and retail banking experience to St. Mary’s Bank. Most recently, Garces worked as a realtor for Cameron Prestige in Wakefield, MA. Some of his previous experience includes general manager at Mass Motor Group in Haverhill, MA and mortgage loan originator at Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America in Lawrence, MA.
