Posted On 7/3/2003
St. Mary’s Bank recently awarded three Manchester students scholarships through the St. Mary’s Bank Medallion Fund Scholarship Program. St. Mary’s presented $1,000 to Vadim Karpyuk, $250 to Troy Ptiman and $800 to Miguel Vazuez.

The St. Mary’s Bank Medallion Fund Scholarship Program provides scholarships to individuals of any age who enroll in any accredited vocational or technical program. The scholarship program is administered by the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation (NHCF) and is funded by St. Mary’s Bank. St. Mary’s $50,000 contribution to the fund has provided assistance for many area residents pursuing a vocational or technical career.

Applications are accepted throughout the year as the Medallion Fund Committee meets monthly to consider the awards from applicants who are residents of New Hampshire, have a keen desire to work in a vocational/technical career, and demonstrate a commitment to their chosen field of study. For more information about the St. Mary’s Bank Medallion Fund Scholarship Program, please call the Student Aid Office of the NHCF at 1-800-464-6641 or visit www.nhcf.org.
