Don's focus is on Commercial and Residential loan production, regulatory matters, and loan policy. He has held senior management positions at several New Hampshire financial institutions. Don currently serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Manchester YMCA, Manchester Rotary, and on the Finance Committee for Girl's Incorporated.

He volunteers for the New Hampshire Business and Industry Association (BIA), Granite United Way, and serves on the Manchester Chamber of Commerce Downtown Committee. Don has a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University and undergraduate Business degree from the University of New Hampshire.
