After the introductory billing cycles, the APR for purchases and balance transfers will be a variable 17.70% APR to 22.70% APR, based on your credit worthiness. Other fees include: Late Payment Fee $25 or the amount of the required minimum payment, whichever is less, if you are one or more days late in making a payment; Balance Transfer Fee is $10 or 3.00% of the amount of each balance transfer, whichever is greater; Cash Advance Fee $10 or 4.00% of the amount of each cash advance, whichever is greater; Foreign Transaction fee is 1.00% of each transaction in U.S. dollars; Pay by Phone With a Live Representative Fee $15; Rush Card Fee $40. Minimum Balance Transfer $250.

Cardholder will earn 10,000 bonus points for spending $1,500 within 90 days of account opening, or earn 5,000 bonus points for spending $750 within 90 days of account opening, for qualified transactions made at participating merchants using their Rewards Card.
