St. Mary’s Bank Welcomes Travis Boucher to Board of Directors
St. Mary's Bank is proud to announce the election of Travis Boucher to its Board of Directors. Boucher brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in finance, operations, and organizational strategy, helping healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and mission-driven institutions navigate complex financial decisions, strengthen operations, and build long-term sustainability.
A New Hampshire native, Boucher grew up in Tilton and attended the University of New Hampshire. Early in his career in healthcare finance and operations, he saw firsthand how deeply connected the healthcare system is to people’s lives and well-being. That experience sparked a lasting sense of purpose centered on making a meaningful impact on others. He later found that same connection in banking — an industry equally woven into the fabric of people’s daily lives and long-term security. Boucher developed a deep appreciation for the trust people place in the organizations they depend on for their future, as well as the responsibility that comes with earning and maintaining that trust.
“Trust is foundational to everything we do,” said Boucher. “The decisions I will make as a board member extend far beyond banking — they shape opportunities for members of our community and directly impact their financial well-being. That responsibility is something I carry with great care and accountability.”
“Travis brings not only strong financial expertise, but also a genuine commitment to people and community,” said Ken Senus, President and CEO of St. Mary’s Bank. “He understands that financial institutions play an important role in the lives of individuals and families. His thoughtful leadership, collaborative approach, and commitment to trust and financial wellness reflect the values that have guided St. Mary’s Bank for generations.”
Boucher currently serves as the Vice President of Rural Health Transformation for the New Hampshire Foundation for Healthy Communities.
