Automated Telephone Banking
Banking by phone makes managing your finances easy and convenient.
How do I access the Automated Telephone Banking system?
Simply call the same phone number as before at (603) 647-1177.
The first time you call on or after November 3, 2015, you will need to know your Member Number.
What accounts can I access through Automated Telephone Banking system?
- Enter your new Member Number (mailed to you in a separate letter).
- You will be able to use your existing Personal Identification Number (PIN) if you are the Primary Owner.
- To create a new PIN, when prompted enter your social security number (SSN). Once your SSN is verified, you will be asked to enter a new PIN.
- Going forward, you’ll enter your Member Number and PIN to access your account information.
You can access all the accounts for which you are Primary Owner. Additionally, if you are Joint Owner on any consumer loans, you can also access these. If you are Primary Owner, you will also have access to any mortgage or commercial loan.
