Application Checklist

Small Business & C&I Loans 

  • Business Financial Statement (balance sheet, profit & loss statement - last 3 years)
  • Personal Tax Returns (signed, with all attached schedules - last 3 years)
  • Accounts Receivable Aging Report
  • Accounts Payable Aging Report
  • Business Plan (to include 12 month Sales and Expense Projection if new business venture)
  • Corporate / Partnership / Trust Agreement Documents
  • Listing of Existing Debt (complete with creditor names, addresses, and telephone numbers)

Commercial Real Estate Loans

CRE Loans
