Please join us for St. Mary's Bank's Annual Shareholder Meeting on Tuesday, April 27, 2004, at 7 p.m.

The meeting will be held at the Radisson Hotel at the Center of New Hampshire (formerly the Holiday Inn), located at 700 Elm Street in Manchester. Free parking will be available in the Radisson parking garage.

Doors will open and refreshments will be served beginning at 6:15 p.m.

Please reserve your space at the meeting by sending in the RSVP card that was mailed to you with your ballot or by filling out our online form. When you arrive at the meeting, please be sure to check in at the registration tables at the front of the room; St. Mary's staff will be happy to assist you.

If you park in the Radisson parking garage, be sure to pick up a parking voucher at the registration tables. You must present this voucher to waive the parking fee as you exit the parking garage.

The meeting will start promptly at 7 p.m., with Chairman of the Board Joseph Acorace's address to the membership. Before the meeting adjourns, there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
