St. Mary's Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph G. Fremeau to the St. Mary's Bank Board of Directors.

Fremeau is president of Fremeau Appraisal, Inc., a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm in downtown Manchester. Active in the community, Fremeau serves on the Loan Review Committee of the City of Manchester Revolving Loan Fund and is a past president of the New Hampshire Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He is a realtor member and former director of the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors. He has also served on the Board of Trustees of Hillcrest Terrace.

"Joe has invested a great deal of his time and energy in serving the greater Manchester community," said Joseph Acorace, chairman of St. Mary's Bank's Board of Directors. "We're proud to count him among our directors."

Fremeau is a certified New Hampshire real estate appraiser and a licensed real estate broker. He holds the Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) professional designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute.

A native of Manchester, Fremeau is a graduate of Trinity High School and the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. Joe and his wife, Connie, have two children and reside in Manchester.
