St. Mary's Bank has promoted Kerri Sarette to branch manager of the credit union's newest branch in Milford. Located on Route 101A, it is set to open in early April. Ms. Sarette has been assistant manager of the St. Mary's Bank main office on McGregor Street in Manchester since 2002, and has prior banking experience at another financial institution in southern New Hampshire.

"Kerri has proven leadership and team-building skills that will be extremely effective in working with staff and in creating a welcoming environment for members at our new Milford branch," said Lisa Viau, director of branch sales and service for St. Mary's Bank. "Her management style and experience, as well as her track record of implementing successful sales techniques, will be very helpful as we open this new branch and focus on serving the financial needs of our members in the Milford area."

Sarette has eight years of supervisory experience, including seven years in a branch office setting. Her responsibilities at the St. Mary's Bank main office have included hiring and managing branch staff, sales training, customer support, relationship development, lending, compliance, and security and risk assessment.

She has extensive sales training experience, as well as a bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Southern New Hampshire University. She is enrolled in the master's degree program in Management and Organizational Leadership at New England College.
