St. Mary’s Bank Offers Free Reverse Mortgage Seminar

St. Mary’s Bank is hosting a free Reverse Mortgage seminar on Wednesday, May 23, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Mary's Bank on McGregor Street in Manchester. The course will be conducted by Barbara Cunningham, Vice President, Mortgage Origination Manager and will cover the important elements of understanding reverse mortgages. Ms. Cunningham will discuss what a reverse mortgage is, how it works, common misconceptions, available products and qualifications. She will also discuss the associated costs, payment options and eligible properties.

Jack Crane, Executive Vice President of St. Mary’s Bank Financial Services, the Financial Planning department of St. Mary's Bank, will also participate in the seminar. Mr. Crane, a Certified Financial Planner® and Certified Senior Advisor, will address how Reverse mortgages may relate to estate and financial planning process.
