St. Mary’s Bank is hosting a free Reverse Mortgage seminar and luncheon on Wednesday, August 1, 2007, at 11:30 p.m. at The Event Center at C.R. Sparks in Bedford, NH. The seminar will cover the important elements of understanding reverse mortgages including what a reverse mortgage is, how it works, common misconceptions, available products and qualifications. Participants will also learn about the associated costs of reverse mortgages, payment options and eligible properties. The course will be conducted by Judy Kurisko, Assistant Vice President with St. Mary’s Mortgage Origination group.

Jack Crane, Executive Vice President of St. Mary’s Bank Financial Services, the Financial Planning department of St. Mary's Bank, will also participate in the seminar. Mr. Crane, a Certified Financial Planner® and Certified Senior Advisor®, will address how reverse mortgages relate to estate and financial planning.
