St. Mary's Employees travel to New York City to invite Meredith Vieira Today Show Host to visit us.

Looking for some national attention to celebrate the 100th anniversary of St. Mary’s Bank, the nation’s first credit union, employees used some good humor and guerilla marketing tactics. The credit union invited Today Show co-anchor Meredith Vieira to come to New Hampshire and celebrate their centennial by creating a special video you can view below, just click on the image below.

In order to get the video to Vieira, a team of St. Mary’s employees traveled five-hours to Manhattan to stand out in front of the Today Show. To truly stand out in the crowd, the team members each held a paper mask that looked like Meredith Vieira. Vieira did greet the St. Mary’s contingent and accepted some token gifts, including an anniversary coin set with silver dollars from both 1908 and 2008. Below are some pictures of their trip.
