St. Mary’s Bank Appoints New Director of Commercial Lending

St. Mary’s Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald A. St. Germain to Executive Vice President, Director of Commercial Lending and Credit Administration. In his new role, St. Germain will focus on commercial loan production, portfolio management and loan policy.

St. Germain brings 24 years of management and commercial lending experience to St. Mary’s Bank. He has held senior management positions at several New Hampshire financial institutions, most recently as senior vice president of lending at Community Bank and Trust Company in Wolfeboro.

"Don has a proven track record managing both commercial lending and credit administration,” said Ronald J. Rioux, president and chief executive officer of St. Mary’s Bank.

“He understands our market and the needs of businesses in our community. We’re proud to welcome him as a key member of our leadership team.” 

St. Germain has a master of business administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Active in his hometown, St. Germain serves on the Lakes Region Planning Commission, is Treasurer of the Kingswood Golf Club, and is a member of the Wolfeboro Lions Club. The St. Germain family is looking forward to relocating to the greater Manchester area.
