St. Mary’s Bank Offers Free Reverse Mortgage Seminar and Luncheon

Participants will learn about the associated costs of reverse mortgages, payment options and eligible properties.

Manchester, NH— St. Mary’s Bank is hosting a free reverse mortgage seminar and luncheon on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at 11:00 p.m. at The Puritan Backroom Conference Center in Manchester.

The seminar will cover the important elements of understanding reverse mortgages including what a reverse mortgage is, how it works, common misconceptions, available products and qualifications.

Participants will also learn about the associated costs of reverse mortgages, payment options and eligible properties. The course will be conducted by Sandy Oliver, assistant vice president with St. Mary’s Bank mortgage origination group.

Jack Crane, executive vice president of St. Mary’s Bank Financial Services. will also participate in the seminar. Crane, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) will address how reverse mortgages relate to estate and financial planning.
