Manchester—St. Mary’s Bank is hosting a free Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Mortgage seminar. The event will be held at New Hampshire Housing located at 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford, NH. The workshop will include representatives from St. Mary’s Bank, New Hampshire Housing and the VA.

Veterans attending the workshop will learn about the benefits and requirements of VA Mortgages, how to use the VA eligibility for home buying, either as a first time home buyer or a subsequent home purchase. Veterans will also learn how the VA Mortgage can be combined with other programs such as New Hampshire Housing to provide enhanced benefits. Information will be presented by Barbara Cunningham, Vice President with St. Mary’s Bank Mortgage Origination group, Andrew Cadorette of New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority and Monique Beaudoin of the VA, Manchester NH.
