Adam Johnston Joins St. Mary’s Bank as Commercial Loan Officer and Portfolio Manager

Manchester, NH— St. Mary’s Bank, the nation’s first credit union, today announced the appointment of Adam Johnston to commercial loan officer and portfolio manager.

Johnston comes to St. Mary’s from Bank of New England in Salem, where he was a commercial credit analyst. He has extensive experience originating commercial and construction loans and brings a strong background in financial analysis, loan structuring and new business development.

“Adam’s outstanding record and entrepreneurial spirit make him a great addition to our team. For starters, he has the lending experience and interpersonal skills needed to help businesses make the right financing choices,” said Donald St. Germain, St. Mary’s Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. “In addition, he has the technical capability to perform the serious financial analysis needed to ensure every loan decision is a sound one, for both St. Mary’s and our members.”

Adam has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
