St. Mary’s Bank Appoints Karen E. Mayrand Director of Residential Lending

March 31, 2011—St. Mary’s Bank, the nation’s first credit union, is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen E. Mayrand to director of residential lending. In her new role, Mayrand will focus on loan origination, sales and marketing, and product development.

Mayrand brings 20 years of residential lending experience to St. Mary’s Bank. She has held management positions at several New Hampshire financial institutions, most recently as producing sales manager at RBS, Citizens Financial Group. Prior to that, she served in various roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Great East Mortgage, a Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Affiliate.

“Karen is a hands-on manager whose long career in residential lending and unwavering commitment to service quality make her just the right person to help us grow our residential lending division,” said Donald St. Germain, St. Mary’s Bank Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. “I’m pleased to welcome her as a team leader.”

Mayrand is a candidate for a bachelor of science in financial management at Franklin Pierce College. She resides in Dover.
