Michael Iacopucci Joins St. Mary’s Bank
as Residential Loan Originator
 
Manchester, NH—April 24, 2012—St. Mary’s Bank, the nation’s first credit union, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Iacopucci to residential loan originator.  He is responsible for leading residential lending efforts in New Hampshire’s Concord and Lakes Region areas.
 
“Mike is a resourceful and accomplished mortgage professional with almost 30 years of residential lending and customer service experience,” said Karen Mayrand, St. Mary’s Bank Director of Residential Lending.  “We will all benefit from his broad knowledge of the mortgage industry and long tenure serving New Hampshire home buyers.”
 
Prior to joining St. Mary’s Bank, Iacopucci served the communities of Bedford, Nashua, and Concord as a mortgage consultant for MetLife Home Loans and First Horizon Home Loans.  He has held relevant positions at North American Mortgage Corp. in Leominster, Mass., Charter Bank in Waltham, Mass., and Concord Savings Bank in Concord, New Hampshire.
 
A Belmont home owner for 28 years, Iacopucci has extensive knowledge of the real estate market and financing needs of home buyers and home owners from the Concord area to the Lakes Region and north.  He currently resides in Belmont with his wife and two sons.
 
Iacopucci is a graduate of Real Estate Marketing University, which provides online training for real estate agents.  He has completed many field-related continuing education seminars.
