St. Mary’s Bank has been named one of the 2017 “Best Credit Unions to Work For” by Credit Union Journal and Best Companies Group, a partnership that identifies credit unions across the country that excel in creating quality workplaces for their employees.

Participating credit unions were scored on two elements: an employer benefits and policies questionnaire and an employee engagement and satisfaction survey.
