Diane Fitzpatrick Joins St. Mary’s Bank Board of Directors

St. Mary’s Bank welcomes Diane Fitzpatrick as its newest board member, the credit union announced at its 109th Annual Shareholder’s Meeting April 11. Fitzpatrick was elected to a three-year term on the board of directors.
 
“Diane is a strategic thinker who builds relationships,” states Dan Healy, Chairman of St. Mary’s Bank’s Board of Directors. “She is a dynamic community leader who will serve St. Mary’s Bank and its mission well.”

With more than 15 years in higher education, marketing, and business development, Fitzpatrick currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester. Her key role is creating, communicating, implementing, and sustaining strategic initiatives.
 
Fitzpatrick previously held the roles of Strategic Development and Managing Director at NH Center for Nonprofits and Dean of Admission at New England College.
 
For more than 20 years, Fitzpatrick has championed children’s causes. She has served as the President of the Board of Directors at Webster House in Manchester, on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Manchester, and on the Board of the NH Center for Nonprofits. At present, she serves on the Governor’s Commission to Address Child Hunger in New Hampshire.
 
Fitzpatrick resides in Manchester, New Hampshire, with her husband, Mike. They have three children and one grandchild.
