Judy Leclerc and Rich Haney of The Mortgage Center at St. Mary’s Bank have been recognized as Top Loan Originators by sales volume in 2022 by The Registry Review in the Credit Union category. Publisher of The Registry Review, The Warren Group ranks originators by number and volume of loans statewide and by the institution with which they are most closely affiliated (credit unions, banks, and mortgage companies).
 
Ranked #4, Leclerc originated $24,387,915 in loans, while Haney, ranked #7, originated    $22,574,021 in loans. All loan totals in these rankings are for loans closed between January 1 and December 31, 2022. Totals include purchase loans for single-family and condominiums, and refinances for all residential property types.

St. Mary’s Bank provides mortgage lending in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. In 2022, the credit union originated $201 million residential mortgage loans, including purchase mortgages, refinances, and construction loans. The credit union enjoys strong market share in the Greater Manchester area, ranking second of all lenders as published by the Registry Review.
