Online Banking Overview

Welcome to your new online banking platform. Your user ID and password will carry over. Upon first log in, you will have to set up security questions and answers. Here we are logging in with an already established member.

The Dashboard: The dashboard is your initial landing page within online banking. Here you will find the most important and most used information. There are widgets to access accounts, transfers, eStatements, bill pay and more. You’ll get a summary of your accounts, access to additional widgets and settings, and at the bottom of the dashboard you will find helpful quick links.

The Welcome Center: The Welcome Center provides quick access to managing your overall online banking experience. Here you can send secure messages, manage your settings and when your session has concluded, log out.

Settings: The primary tab under settings is the profile which confirms your identity and provides a log of recent activity.

Security: Security allows you to update security settings and two-factor authentication.

Themes: The themes tab allows you to customize your online banking experience. You can even customize your background.

The widgets tab allows you to choose the widgets that you would like to see displayed in the left hand side bar.

Contact allows you to update phone numbers and addresses.

Notifications allow you to set up email and text alerts. You will need to reestablish current alerts in your online banking.

Accounts is another area where you can manage your accounts. You can reorder and customize which accounts will show on your dashboard. You can even hide accounts. The accounts widget provides an at-a-glance view of all of your accounts. When you click on account, you’ll get more detail. This icon indicates a joint account.

The Bill Pay widget allows you to set up external payees. Clicking on the ellipses will display the other widgets available to you. And that concludes our initial overview of your new online banking.

Mobile Banking Overview

To get the new mobile banking app, apple device users will go to the apple app store, and update the St. Mary’s Bank mobile app. If, however, you have turned on automatic updates, the app will automatically update. Android device users will need to go to Google play and download the St. Mary’s Bank mobile app. The new mobile banking app icon will have a white background as shown here. Once you open the app, you will see this screen before being taken to the log in. You will have the ability to log in with touch ID, facial recognition, or use your password. Here you see the snapshot view. If enabled in settings, you will see a balance snapshot once you open the app without even having to log in.

Here’s the loading screen after log in and an additional loading screen. This is the mobile version of your dashboard. You will notice that the new mobile banking app offers a full online banking experience and that the transition between desktop and mobile is seamless. You can access your widgets by pressing the hamburger menu. Here’s a look at the settings menu, your contact menu, and here’s where you can enable and control the snapshot view that can display prior to log in. When changing personal information, please note that two-factor verification is required. And that concludes our overview of the new St. Mary’s Bank mobile banking app.


Here’s what you need to know.

Our amazing new Online and Mobile Banking system has launched later (new Business Cash Management system launches late spring).
  1. LOGIN with your existing username and password to access your Online and Mobile Banking.
  2. CHOOSE your new security questions and answers.
  3. SETUP your new alerts and notifications. (current alerts will need to be reestablished)
