Members aged 18 and over with a membership established on or before January 23, 2026, are invited to our 117th Annual Shareholders' Meeting. The event will include a brief overview of the 2025 financial results and membership highlights.

• The meeting is open to St. Mary's Bank members only. We are sorry we are not able to accommodate guests.
• Please register for each attendee individually.

Member Voting 

• Members aged 18 and over are invited to vote for the St. Mary's Bank Board of Directors and Committee members seeking another term.
• Voting period: March 24 - April 13, 2026.
