Angel Cuadrado Brings a People-First, Empathetic Leadership Style to St. Mary’s Bank’s Spruce Street Branch

This approach has shaped decades of experience in banking, public service, and volunteer work, and it’s exactly what he brings to his new role as Member Experience I at the Spruce Street branch of St. Mary’s Bank.

From leading branch teams to creating meaningful member experiences, Angel has built his career on listening first and guiding with empathy. “Angel has a natural ability to connect with people,” said Pam McKinnon, Regional Manager at St. Mary’s Bank. “He listens, understands, and helps members reach their goals. That’s the kind of leadership that makes an immediate impact.”

With Angel’s leadership, the Spruce Street team’s strong foundation of care and trust will continue to grow, ensuring members feel supported through all of life’s milestones.

Angel truly embodies the credit union philosophy of people helping people, a commitment that reaches far beyond his work within the branch. Deeply invested in the community he serves, Angel volunteers with the Special Olympics and shares his passion for financial empowerment by teaching financial literacy to students in the Granite State Independent Living program.

“Learning how to budget and build healthy money habits early is so important,” Angel says. “Not everyone has access to that knowledge growing up. I want to be a trusted resource—someone people feel comfortable turning to with questions and open conversations about their finances—so they can make confident decisions and build a stronger future.”
