St. Mary’s Bank Welcomes Director of Operations & Technology, Ken Mauser

St. Mary’s Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Ken Mauser to its Strategic Planning Team as Director of Operations & Technology. Mauser brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology, with a strong background in IT governance, digital banking, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

In this leadership role, Mauser will oversee key operational and technology functions across the credit union, including deposit services, electronic banking, infrastructure, helpdesk, and business applications. He will guide strategy, mentor cross-functional teams, and help drive solutions that enhance both internal efficiency and member experience.

Mauser also brings a long-standing commitment to service outside of the workplace. He currently serves as Vice President and Board Member of the Strafford County Homeless Center, and in 2017 received the Patriotic Employer Award from the Office of the Secretary of Defense, ESGR, recognizing his support of employees serving in the National Guard and Reserve.
