St. Mary’s Bank is pleased to welcome Keri Pappalardo as its new Marketing Communications Manager, joining the credit union’s in-house marketing team.
Pappalardo brings more than a decade of experience in marketing communications, with expertise in content strategy, public relations, social media, and event coordination. In her new role, she will lead the development and execution of brand messaging across channels—helping shape the voice of St. Mary’s Bank and foster stronger engagement with members and the wider community.
“Keri brings the kind of creative energy and strategic mindset that helps a brand truly come to life,” said Tracy Durocher, Director of Marketing Strategy. “Her ability to craft meaningful messages, build relationships, and drive impactful community interactions will play a central role in how we show up as a brand. She’s a strong contributor and an even stronger fit for our culture.”
As Marketing Communications Manager, Pappalardo will lead content and communication development across campaign channels including digital, social media, public relations, and community events. She will collaborate closely with fellow marketing team members and internal departments to ensure communications reflect the values and voice of St. Mary’s Bank.
A familiar and respected presence in the Greater Manchester business community, Pappalardo is known for her warm professionalism and active involvement in regional initiatives. She currently serves on the Fire Commission for the City of Manchester and as the Secretary for the Manchester Police Athletic League. She was also recognized as one of the Union Leader’s Forty Under 40 in 2021.
“From the moment I connected with the team at St. Mary’s Bank, I could see how aligned the organization is with both my professional goals and my personal values,” said Pappalardo. “This role allows me to help tell the credit union’s story in a way that’s authentic, community-centered, and impactful—and I’m proud to be part of that mission.”
Pappalardo’s addition strengthens the credit union’s marketing efforts and supports its continued focus on meaningful communication, community connection, and member service.
